One can not think of kannada its rcih culture, heritage and Art in the a his absentia. His services for the cause of kannada is uncomparable.Can we ever think of a greater icon than Dr.Raj in future? His simplicity,nobility, dedication are unparallel I always bow my head with great reverence before this majestic personality. I am just back from my holidays to Hyderabad. Happened to visit NTR memorial and NTR gardens, so beautifully maintained by Andhrapradesh. Just couldn't help compare our state and the plight of Dr. Raj's samadhi in Bangalore. This reminds me of the writing by Sunaad Raghuram in 'Churumuri' about his experience when he visited Raj's samadhi. We kannadigas have a long way to go before we wake up. Rajkumar's family should do something about this. They can use their own money to build a memorial and a museum in his name. (of course there are millions of us who can contribute our penny's worth also) If only, our politicians stop fighting among themselves and let his family start the work.
