Consider the year in which the film was made and and the budget they had.
C. R. Simha had written in his column in Vijaya Karnataka, that he took many months of unpaid leave from Doordarshan for this… compare his integrity to police officers, politicians and bureaucrats who bunk their jobs and do unwatchable films!

God! This is simply mesmerising!
Ashwath’s voice and rendition in this particular song just haunts you into a state of complete surrender to the mystifying beauty of the Kakanakote jungles, where I have been lucky to spend many a day and night!
