—A shareholder’s advice to Ratan Tata at Tata Steel’s annual general meeting in Bombay yesterday
True? False? Sexist stereotyping?

This statement is an abosolute non sense.
It’s the Indian Women who have been the flag bearer of family tradition across India.
Both in times of distress and panic it’s these women who have come to uphold our Tradition and Valus.
Whether it is Medhu,Mamta or Maywati they are here for a cause amidst the tide of Capitalism,Casteism or protecting the environment.
They have exercised caution and ensured that we do not follow the so called “HERD MENTALITY” and they indulge in alternate school of thought.
When women become successfull they it’s men who behave like Cowboyz..

Maya,Mamta and Mayawati are living life on their own terms.
They are not married and given significant portion of their life back to society.
Bashing them will only create anarchy in this country.

“They are not married and given significant portion of their life back to society.”
Apart from Medha, the other two (atleast Maya) have also “taken significant portion back from the society to their life”, haven’t they?

@Yella OK
Maya paid about 25 crores of tax. The first by a politician in this country.
Maya though gave the equal platform for lower and the higher caste got them together a Indians. She is a knows the meaning of equity.
Mamta has been the only sane voice for the farmers who have been taken for the big time industrialists.
Let the industrialists give a stake in the Company for the land which they are grabbing. Farmers need to have a share of the economic boom too.
Not just one time low cost settlement through the Govt. Why cant the Industrialists buy the land directly from the farmers than through subsidised land from Govt.
