    None of the petas shown in the picture appears to be meant for Mr. Wadiyar ! Any keen observer can make out, these are worn by either the courtiers or his loyal servants !

    Becomes uneasy for the head to ber the burden of peta, moreso Mysore Peta. For the head has been accustomed to wearing caps of different hues and …Topi, makmal topi, Gandhi topi….
