Underworld don turned language warrior turned social reformer Muthappa Rai, quoted in Star of Mysore:
“Jaya Karnataka Organisation will achieve by revolution what is not possible through peaceful means. [It] will pursue peaceful methods for the welfare of the poor. However, if peaceful ways did not work out, the organisation will resort to revolution.”

The whole of India is becoming the new, lawless wild west. The fact that we allow people like Rai such free hand is proof enough.

Star of Mysore twists and turns news to sensationalize it . Revolution need not mean violence. As usual, this newspaper always misquotes people.

Why blame only Muthappa Rai ? Bengaluru is a hotbed of real estate mafia with big names like D Pai, Jagmohan Reddy, Kumaraswamy (Nelason Mandeilla family) etc involved. About 10 years ago, mugging was unheard of. Now hardly a week goes by before someone is mugged/killed.
Somehow if this can also be blamed on Hindoo terrorists, it would be perfect.

Great idea! So, when can we expect first serial bomb blasts in Bengaluru by Jaya Karnataka?

This Rai character seems to be better than Narayana Gowda, Praveen Shettys etc….He speaks sense at least, do not know what he does but….

One cannot change the sports of a leopard. A criminal, especially a gangster is always one. He has grown smarter now. Instead of roaming around as a maurader leading a band of thugs, now he has founded an organisation similar to political party. What is the best way for a criminal to make himself presentable to the public, but enter public life and political arena. Scratch the skin, you will find a hardcore ruthless criminal.
