More things change, the more confusing it gets

Arun Nehru in Deccan Chronicle:

“All political parties and important leaders play the minority/majority card and the interlinked issue of security….

“I don’t believe in the blame game but it would be fair to state the entire debate on caste and religion and even security issues pertain to minority and majority vote-banks and this has little to do with India’s objective of emerging as a political and economic superpower.”

  1. Nrupathunga Says:

    Blame Cong for minority appeasement

    Blame BJP for majority appeasement

    Blames JDS for caste appeasement

So no one are perfect. If any part which comes near to ideal party talking about principles are Communist.

You might agree it or not, Communist is the only party which believes in a principles.

Rest all parties engage themselves in Minority and majority appeasment.(To be read as Congress and BJP)

Anybody for restraining Arun Nehru’s weekly attacks ?

  3. Mathihalli Madan Mohan Says:

I wonder what is the basis on which Mr Arun Nehru is making his forecaste. Is it merely his assumption, or based on incontrovertible facts on the political leanings of the electorate in any particular state or constituency?
There certainly cant be a day to day change in the views of the elctorate. A voter would have already decided on whom he is going to vote for and keeps the information close to his chest.
How come then the worthies like Mr Nehru could decipher the inscrutable mind of the voters and allot the seats to thevarious parties?.

  4. Trayambakam Shastri Says:

Mathihalli – Arun Nehru is churning out different combinations. One of them will turn out right.
