I don’t see any problem, he is just following the footsteps of DRDO, BEML, OFB etc. If you rip any of the so-called “indigenous” weapons, you find all foreign components, in some case whole lot.
This after thousands of crores yearly budget for R&D, what they do is only those CON-men know.

Indeed! The next thing he’d advocate is reservation in parliament & Assembly for criminals, as they are discriminated against!
