I have seen a similar feat at Sajjan Rao circle, bengaluru opposite V B Bakery. A roadside dosa vendor does this flipping chutney trick by holding 2-4 plates of dosa in one hand and flicks chutney into the plates from a distance of 3 feet sideways !! Nice video.
